Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
Article 1 - Purpose
The present Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of services via monthly subscriptions, cancellable at any time, and credits usable exclusively on the website www.justdevapp.com, offered by the sole proprietorship Stalor, registered under the number 947 598 967. Article 2 - Acceptance of the Terms
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs before subscribing to a service or purchasing credits. Validating the order constitutes unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 3 - Services and Credits
The sole proprietorship Stalor offers services accessible through monthly subscriptions.
Article 4 - Prices
The prices for subscriptions are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Stalor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products and services will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 5 - Subscription
The customer may subscribe to a monthly subscription that is automatically renewable and cancellable at any time from their personal account on the website www.justdevapp.com. The subscription takes effect upon payment confirmation. Any started monthly period is due in full. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month.
Article 7 - Payment Terms
Payments for subscriptions are made online by credit card through a secure system provided by Stripe. All transactions are encrypted to ensure data security.
Article 9 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the subscription purchase. This right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been executed or started.
Article 10 - Subscription Cancellation
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their personal account on the website www.justdevapp.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. The customer retains access to the services until the end of this period.
Article 11 - Complaints
For any order placed on the website, the customer has 8 days from the provision of the service to file a complaint. Complaints must be sent by email to
[email protected], accompanied by all relevant supporting documents. Stalor will review the complaint and, if valid, will offer a replacement or refund of the service as quickly as possible at its own expense.
Article 12 - Warranties and Liabilities
The sole proprietorship Stalor guarantees the compliance of the services offered. However, it cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, as defined by French case law.
Article 13 - Data Protection
The sole proprietorship Stalor commits to respecting the confidentiality of customers' personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information collected is used exclusively for managing orders and subscriptions.
Article 14 - Sharing Collected Data
Stalor may use third-party companies for certain operations (payment, hosting, etc.). These companies only have access to users' personal data for the execution of these specific tasks. The customer can oppose receiving commercial offers by writing to

Article 15 - Cookies
The sole proprietorship Stalor uses cookies to improve site navigation. The user can configure their browser to block or delete these cookies. However, some site functionalities may be affected by this deactivation.
Article 16 - Amendments to the T&Cs
The sole proprietorship Stalor reserves the right to modify the site, the services offered, and these T&Cs at any time. Users will be subject to the T&Cs in force at the time of their order.
Article 17 - Intellectual Property

Article 18 - Jurisdiction Clause
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings. Failing that, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 19 - Mediation and Dispute Resolution
The customer is informed that they can resort to a mediator in case of a dispute. They can also use any other alternative dispute resolution methods, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Article 20 - Pre-contractual Information
The customer acknowledges having read and understood these T&Cs and all mandatory information required by law before finalizing their order.
