What is this app and who is it for?
This app is a project management tool designed to be as simple as possible.
It’s made for solo devs who want to stay organized without spending all their time planning.
With JustDevApp, you set up your project once, and then you can fully focus on what matters most: the dev work.
How is this different from tools like Trello, Notion, or Jira?
It’s different for a lot of reasons. First of all, it’s super simple.
Most project management tools require a bunch of setup — creating boards, choosing templates, setting up workflows. But when you're working solo, you don’t want to spend hours managing the project management. You want to build your app.
Also, tools like Trello and Jira are built for teams. This one isn’t — at least not yet.
If you’re managing a big project with a whole team, Jira might make sense. But for solo devs, it’s often overkill.
JustDevApp is focused on solo devs (and maybe very small teams) who want to stay organized, without all the extra noise. It’s made to be fast, lightweight, and get out of your way so you can keep coding.
Do I need a team to use it?
Definitely not!
And honestly, if you're working with a team, you might want to go with one of the bigger tools out there.
This app was designed specifically for solo devs and creators — so if that’s you, feel free to give it a go!
What can I do with this app?
JustDevApp lets you plan your project with almost no setup, so you can stay focused on building.
You can map out your app, track your progress, and keep moving forward — without getting lost in endless configuration or planning.
Is there a way to track progress easily?
Yes!
At the top of each project, there's a stats section that gives you a quick overview of your progress.
Each page also has a progress bar showing how far along you are with that specific part of the project.
That’s it. I believe stats are useful to stay motivated and keep an eye on your progress — but too many just distract you from what really matters: building your app.
Is it free to use? Are there any limits in the free version?
You can use the app completely free until you hit 35 features on a single project. After that, you’ll need to upgrade to unlock unlimited features.
The premium plan is kept super affordable — I know you’re probably building this solo and may not have a lot to invest.
I tried to make pricing fair, because I genuinely want to help you stay focused, avoid project management burnout, and keep moving forward with clarity.
